FROM OCTOBER 15TH TO 17TH, 3 DAYS OF ACTS AND INTERNATIONAL MEETINGS IN PARIS
It's only the 5th Parisian edition of MaMA, but the event can already be proud to have reached its main goal to gather French and international professionals from the music industry in the heart of Paris. With more professionals attending these meetings and public going to the gigs, MaMA recorded in 2013 a significant attendance increase that included a 1/3 growth in international attendees. This year, MaMA is back for three days and will be offering more than 100 concerts and about 50 conferences and special meetings from October 15th to 17th.
 
 
50 CONFERENCES, 3,800 DELEGATES, ALL THE MUSIC INDUSTRY GATHERED
MaMA welcomes French and international music professionals to be part of the future of the music industry throughout 3 days of conferences, networking and acts in the friendly red light 18th district of Paris, heartland of music since two centuries.
By night, 100 acts take place in 20 emblematic venues and unusual places (bars, art galleries, cabarets, theaters) of Pigalle and Montmartre.
 
 
SCHEDULED OVER 3 DAYS, MAMA' S STATED INTENTION IS TO STIMULATE INTERACTION !
Being one of the most important gatherings of the music industry, this 5th edition will offer 50 conferences at Le Trianon, Le Louxor and Le Centre Musical FGO Barbara.
Approximately 200 French and international speakers will be present on different stages within the 18th arrondissement and will debate the music industry’s current vital issues and propose and discuss future considerations.

Being a yearly meeting point of an ever-growing community, MaMA debates will focus on 3 major themes under the headings, “Festivals”, “Artists” and “Recorded Music”.
Connecting the debates, the focuses and the workshops, the schedule will enable the participants to deepen their comprehension of the subjects and to diversify their business approaches in the company of numerous professional partners.
Topics including international issues, the digital economy, technology, start-ups, synchronization, investment return… will of course be at the heart of the debates and will generate the circulation of strategic information.
To open the convention, MaMA Zapping at Le Trianon will discuss this year’s issues/news and will conclude with an exclusive Career Review performed by a well-known member of the industry.

During the day different forms of meetings between professionals are organized: match-makings, business lunch, delegates drinks, showcases,… The goal of these meetings is to help connect French and international professionals of the industry, who share the same interests, such as to foster collaborations.
